<p data-start="752" data-end="954">FDM 作为逐层叠加的工艺，既能成就复杂几何，也往往因悬垂和大面积平面而“翻车”。一个超过 45° 的悬垂角度，意味着材料在半液态状态下几乎毫无顾忌地“咕噜”下来，遗留丑陋的蛛网或明显的垂坠痕。相较于一味依赖支撑，更聪明的做法是在模型中引入缓坡或小倒角，让每层都有足够的“落脚点”。当设计桥接结构时，如果跨距超过 5 mm，我会将桥梁两端抬高 0.2–0.5 mm，并配合微小的支撑柱，以减少拉丝与塌陷。</p>

<p data-start="956" data-end="1152">另一方面，翘曲主要源于冷却不均和大面积平面区域。一个 120 × 120 mm 的平面零件，往往在第一层冷却时就会因内应力而出现边缘翘起。为此，我通常会将大平面拆分成几个带圆角的独立模块，或者在外围添加 3–5 mm 宽的裙边（Skirt）或底座（Brim），以强化首层对构建板的黏附力。即便面对高收缩材料如 ABS，也可以在模型边缘设计“围栏”状的加固筋，进一步分散冷却收缩产生的应力。</p>
<p data-start="1155" data-end="1226">通过这种“结构分块 + 局部加固 + 辅助贴附”的组合策略，即使是 200 × 200 mm 的大平面，也能保持平整无翘，大大提高一次成型率。</p>
