<p data-start="974" data-end="1049">2&#x20e3; <strong data-start="978" data-end="989">耐低温密封系统</strong><br data-start="989" data-end="992" />更换为<strong data-start="996" data-end="1008">聚氨酯弹性密封圈</strong>（-60°C 依然柔软），并在接缝处增加 PTFE 涂层，降低摩擦、避免卡滞。</p>
<p data-start="1051" data-end="1118">3&#x20e3; <strong data-start="1055" data-end="1066">模块化快拆结构</strong><br data-start="1066" data-end="1069" />关节轴承座改为<strong data-start="1077" data-end="1096">分体式结构+不锈钢螺纹衬套</strong>，可现场工具快拆，维修时间缩短 70%。</p>

<p data-start="595" data-end="723">原始设计中，工程师希望通过高精度公差确保运动组件的稳定性。多个装配孔位被设定为±0.01mm的公差，并设计了复杂的限位槽与不规则倒角结构，追求完美贴合。但问题也随之而来：这些图纸在制造端带来极高加工难度，导致报价超预算40%，加工周期远超项目节奏。</p>
<p data-start="725" data-end="836">不仅如此，部分结构采用铝7075作为初选材料，虽然强度高，但加工难度大、阳极氧化不易着色，还不适合频繁装拆场景。最关键的是，对于用于展会验证的样机而言，这些极限设计其实是“过度设计”，增加了成本却未必带来实际收益。</p>

<p data-start="1251" data-end="1339">优化方案确定后，我们采用五轴CNC加工完成了减速器外壳，选用的是加工性能更优、强度与稳定性均衡的<strong data-start="1299" data-end="1313">铝合金6061-T6</strong>，并进行阳极氧化处理，提升耐腐蚀性与装配适配性。</p>
<p data-start="1341" data-end="1405">支架则使用工业级SLS 3D打印方式完成，碳纤增强尼龙材料具有良好的比强度与尺寸稳定性，特别适合中空轻量结构的快速打样需求。</p>
<p data-start="1407" data-end="1498">所有零件在<strong data-start="1413" data-end="1422">5个工作日</strong>内完成生产，<strong>14个工作日</strong>内完成交付，关键尺寸通过三坐标CMM检测，公差控制在±0.02mm以内。机器人在展会现场顺利完成装配并完成动态演示，吸引了多家投资机构和机器人媒体的关注。</p>
